1. Scope of Services
Each project is defined by a written scope covering deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved separately before development begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, and brand assets needed for the project
- Supply timely access to required accounts, domains, and hosting environments
- Review and approve designs and staging builds within agreed timelines
3. Payments and Third-Party Platforms
Fees and payment milestones are set out in the project proposal; delayed payments may pause active development. We rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers and payment gateways, and are not responsible for outages or policy changes made directly by those providers.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, custom code and designs built specifically for your project transfer to you. Messagepoint retains rights to any general-purpose internal tools or components reused across multiple projects.
5. Limitation of Liability and Termination
Messagepoint is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party outages or misuse of delivered systems outside the agreed scope. Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice; work completed up to that date remains payable.
